Blackawton Women's Institute “Brixham Archers, Dear Malcolm, This is just a line to thank you and the Group so very much for such a super friendly evening. We had a brilliant time and were very grateful to you for giving us such brilliant one to one tuition. I think after just one session we had all improved, which had nothing to do with the Mars bars! I for one realise that the true art is in making it look so effortless, but we couldn't fail to be impressed with the standards of safety and discipline, something the Archers at the Battle of Crecy (1346) would admire. We would very much like to return but in the meantime our grateful thanks. Yours sincerely,” From Yorkshire "After attending Brixham Archers on the evening of Tuesday 21st June 2011, I wish to convey my gratitude to both Mrs Judith Booker and to Malcolm (Grant) for how warmly my friend and I were received and accommodated. My friend, Steve, had never done archery before, but had a great evening, being allowed to join in with the beginners' course. He sends his thanks for allowing this to happen at such short notice. I was particularly impressed with how quickly my calls were returned and with the flexibility of those involved when it came to allowing us to shoot for the evening. I hope that any of the Brixham Archers are ever in the vicinity of the Wakefield Archers and contact us about attending for an evening, that the same levels of courtesy are returned. My best regards to you for the future. Yours Sincerely. James." |
