Session times:
Assembly 09.45 followed by sighters
Nationals Assembly 14.00 followed by sighters

Shooting: Four archers per boss in two details of two. Arrows will be shot in ends of six.

Entry Fee: Seniors: £15 (Juniors: £8)
Nationals – Seniors: £9 (Juniors: £5)
Late entries and refunds at discretion of TO. NO refunds made after the closing date.

Closing Date: Saturday 14th May 2023 after which no refunds will be given.

Awards: Trophies and medals according to entries.

Dress: Rule 307 Dress regulations: No blue jeans or tops/shirts bearing non-archery related logos.

Rules: The meeting will be conducted according to Archery GB rules of shooting. Only members of Archery GB or World Archery are permitted to shoot at this tournament. Written parental consent must be provided for juniors.

Drug Testing: Record status tournaments will be liable for drug testing and competitors approached to give samples must comply. If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result. Entries from archers under the age of 18 must be acknowledged by a parent/guardian to signify their consent to their child being drug tested if asked.

Photography: Anyone wishing to take photographs/video at this event must sign the register with the TO.

Refreshments: Refreshments will be available throughout the day

Parking: There will be parking available at Brixham Archers Churston field (subject to ground conditions), TQ5 0LHPriority will be given to disabled archers. Please note our lane is very narrow and priority is given to incoming traffic. If the parking is full or unavailable pay and display parking can be found approx 80 yards away next to the Railway Inn.

Directions: From Exeter / Newton Abbot, when entering Torbay, take the Ring Road and keep following the signs for Brixham. Carry straight on at the traffic lights at the Totnes Rd. junction. In 2 miles, bear right at the traffic lights onto the A3022 (Dartmouth Rd.) and in half a mile (past the Railway Inn and Garage), turn right into the lane where the Brixham Archers Signs are displayed.

From Plymouth / Totnes, when entering Torbay, turn right at the traffic lights onto the Brixham Road (A3022) and keep following signs for Brixham. In 2 miles, proceed as above onto the Dartmouth Rd.

COVID 19: The event will be following Government & AGB guidelines at the time of the competition & changes at short notice may have to be made. Archers are reminded that if they or anyone close to them have COVID 19 symptoms or feel unwell on the day, then they should stay away from the competition.
